We would like to inform you that our company in the framework of the implementation of the health protocols in accordance with the instructions of the Greek Tourism Ministry for the safe reopening and operation of our Hotels in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic and for purposes of public health protection, collects and processes certain personal data.
To that end, we fully comply with all national and European data protection legislative provisions as amended and in force, including the Regulation (EU) 679/2016 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons regarding the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). Data collection and processing as conducted by our company is equally governed by our Personal Data Protection Policy.
Specifically, for the purposes of public health protection, we shall keep a record of you staying at the hotel, name, nationality, date of arrival and departure, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail), accompanying persons, so that it is possible to communicate with you in the case of any COVID-19 incident. Check-in & Check-out Policy
Please be advised that check-in starts at 15:00 on the day of your arrival. Please also note, that in order to uphold our highest hygienic standards the check-out time is at 11:00.
Lost Items Liability Policy
The hotel accepts no responsibility for any valuable items left in the room/s. Items locked in the safety deposit box are insured to a maximum value of €1.500 Euros. Any items exceeding this value should be placed in the hotel safe at the Reception at no extra charge (applicable only for those with Reception area safes!)
